Nerves & other conditions
Paralysis and nerve weakness
Help with stiffness, weakness and movement after a stroke or a nerve problem, alongside medical care.
Common signs
- Weakness or stiffness on one side of the body
- Difficulty walking or using one hand
- Tight, stiff muscles
- Numbness or tingling
Medical care comes first
If someone’s face suddenly droops, an arm goes weak or their speech is slurred, call 108 for an ambulance straight away. A stroke needs hospital treatment within hours.
How we help afterwards
Once a doctor has treated the cause, regular herbal oil massage and seka may help relax stiff muscles, improve circulation and make daily movement easier. In Ayurveda paralysis is called pakshaghata. We can come to your home if the patient can’t travel.

- Home service
